TRAINING: Subject:  Visualizing forms -- When Dr. Wong was at our class, he recommended a method of practice for those who have a hectic schedule and little time to work out.  The daughter of famed Tai Ji master Cheng Man Qing, related to Dr. Wong that her father often  practiced his forms when traveling or sitting in a public place by concentrating, doing the postures in his head, and coordinating the breath with the movements.  This method is particularly adaptive to Tai Ji but can be used with other forms like Xing Yi as well.  Dr. Wong's advise is that good progress can be gained by this method but of course there are certain instances, like while driving a car, when this type of practice should be avoided.
